The player from India had made two withdrawal requests on 27th December 2023 but had not received the funds totaling 17500 rupees in his bank account despite his account having been fully verified. The player had been waiting for 46 days for a resolution. The casino had claimed the funds were paid on the same day of the request, and had asked for bank statements for further investigation. The player did not provide the requested bank statements despite multiple requests from us. Due to a lack of response from the player, we were unable to further investigate the issue and had to reject the complaint.

I'm made two withdrawal request on 27/12/2023 , withdrawal successful same day but my these 2 withdrawal still not received in my bank.


Parimatch support doing froud with me,

Parimatch saying wait we will working for your withdrawals.


But already 46 days complete


10K withdrawal time - 21.35pm

7.5K withdrawal time - 19.25pm



My total amount is 17500 , withdrawal successful same day but never credited in my bank.


* My account is fully verified


* My other withdrawal credit same day but my 10000 rupees and 7500 rupees withdrawal not credited yet in my bank account.


Please help me.

"As per out system the withdrawal in question, has been paid to the client in the respective account on the same day of the request. If the client has not received the withdrawal funds yet, we need the bank statement from the day of withdrawal till date for further investigation."
