The player from India had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout had not been received yet. The Complaints Team had advised him that withdrawal processing could take up to 14 days, often due to KYC verification or high withdrawal request volumes. The team had extended the complaint resolution timer by an additional seven days but the player failed to respond. As a result, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

Parimatch have wrost coustmercare service.they put down withdrawal in processing after 12 to 24 waiting withdrawal decline coustmer support agent didnt reply early i have to wait 1 to 2 hour for single reply.very very wrost and poor service.
