Dear Sir


My parimatch india id is 988085555.


Date 07/03/2023 I have deposit 1 lac from parimatch online net banking gatway and thier payment done successful and generate urt and thier online gatway also successful payment acknowledge. 


My bank account also debit but till date they not credit to my bet account and asking for receipt of payment, I have get the receipt from indusind bank but parimatch decline the same due to time of payment not shown in receipt , I have ask bank but bank told payment already successful credit to beneficiary account and transferred to beneficiary account and already generate UTR number, bank has thier standard format so that format not contain time of transaction. 



I provide casino all receipt of payment, their payment gayeway screen shot, my bank statement, utr number and also time of transaction but casino not reply and not answer. 


Very tuff situation not as they got money but accept.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider, which you've done already. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that might take up to one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I’m sorry that we couldn’t be of much help at this time. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.
