The player from Brazil submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made a withdrawal request 4 days ago withdrawals requested after that have already dropped and nothing, initially they would ask for 12h then 24h now until the 11/04th each attendant says one thing and my money nothing

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Good evening, this is not the case according to them it was a provider error, so withdrawals after that have already been effected. And that nothing, it always fell in 5 minutes so much the others were that, the ones after which it didn't fall, come with me if that makes sense? If it was a KYC or other issue, the withdrawals I made after that wouldn't have dropped yet, do you agree?
