The player struggles to verify for over a month. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
My account was already verified and i have made lots of deposit and withdrawal but now they banned my withdrawal system and asking additional documents for verification i already mailed all required documents to them but they are not giving any answer its been more than 30 days they are not verifying my account

Last date i Request for withdrawal was 15 may 2022 , yes the casino Emailed me 6 month Back my account is verified i provided Doucumnets 6 months ago , and they are asking additional documents like bank statement i provide them but they are not Verifying ,the last reply they gave me 8 june and the reply was "
Your request has been sent to our specialists and need more time to be processed. We will inform you about any changes with the following letter"
After cousuming 1 month they are asking more time

It is common to request for an additional check multiple times as your documents or some personal details might have changed. However, it shouldn't take that long if you have provided all the necessary documents. Could you please advise when was the last time you send them something?
