I have been waiting since 8-28-22 for my payment to be completed. I made a 28 dollar deposit the same day using Bitcoin and my complete balance went to 0 dollars and I have not been paid yet..

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

When I deposited into the account it showed an availabile balance and I deposited with Bitcoin. How would it not be credited if I used Bitcoin? Makes no sense

Maybe I did not understand your issue correctly. Can you please clarify? Did you request for a withdrawal via bitcoin? Did you deposit before or after the withdrawal request? You account balance is currently 0? Is there any pending payment on your casino account?
