Palmslots Casino not paying withdrawals

Account was verified - email received


No bonus played with.


Followed up on payment turnaround time got feedback 48 hours.


Followed up again said my bank must approve payments already sent.


Bank confirmed twice that no payments exist to be approved.


Status of 2 withdrawals still say processing? Why if paid it should be approved.


And funny that there was the same complaint 2 months ago from someone else, same excuses for not paying and after submitting a email to gambling licensing department (although player was not sure) all of the sudden his winnings were paid.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Yesterday i got informed that my Bank Transfer withdrawal option cannot be done i have to choose Neteller.


It was a huge surprise as no other casino ever had a problem when it came to paying my winnings into my bank account.


Had to open a Neteller account and go through verification process


Today I had to take a selfie with my Id next to my face (it just gets more rediculous)


Now im waiting……..

Thank you for your reply, michellekruger. Unfortunately, many banks reject transactions incoming from gambling establishments, and in such cases, choosing an alternative withdrawal method is necessary.

Let's give it a few more days so that the casino can process a new withdrawal to your Neteller account. I will leave this complaint open in the meantime, so please keep me informed about any further developments.

My withdrawal was paid into the Neteller account today.

I am however struggling to transfer the money to my Nedbank account from Neteller and even tried First National Bank which also failed.


This is the first casino that could not pay my winnings into my bank account and it has been problamatic and an ongoing struggle to get my winnings and just for that reason I will not be playing with them again.
