I just deposited a little while ago today responding to an email about a bonus for depositing 20$ CAD and you would get 100 spins. So I deposited and then I couldn't find my spins I contacted live chat and she told me that because I didn't deposit in euro I didn't get the free spins. But the email said deposit in CAD. I have asked for a refund and she won't give me one. I am sending an attachment of the conversation with the links in it to the emailed promotion.

This is really unfair and I am very upset again....

first I will just insert the part of the email where it states to deposit in CAD ...

Hi, yes I used the promo code correctly. They said that they wouldn't give me the 100 spins because I deposited 20.00 in CAD money and they said I should have deposited what would be 20.00$ equivalent in Euro money , which is more than 20.00$ Cad, but I don't know the rate?

But that does not matter because the email said if you use the bonus code and deposit 20.00$ CAD then you would receive 100 spins for your deposit.

I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one.

I have the whole amount of my deposit untouched in my account there.

I have decided not to continue my complaint with Palmslot casino because I believe it is just a waist of everyone's time. I won't be making any more complaints in the future because I don't think that they are really doing any good. I am going back to brick and mortar gambling if I feel I want to do so. This online casino's is too much small print rules and cagey atmosphere. And also stressful.
