Hello.


It started of when I first wanted to cash out. They told me I had to wager 3x the amount of my cash in. Note that this rule is only present in the english terms of service, in the german terms of service, which I read before playing, this rule is different.


I did eventually wager 3x the amount of my cash in and I counted every spin to make sure i reached it.


Then they told me I had to wager some amount more (about 8€), but I already had wagered x3 the amount. I was very sceptic, but I did 8 1€ spins.


They now telling me I have to wager 100€ again, as I have cancelled the bonus. Such a rule is not written in the ToS, and does not make any sense, as when I cancel a bonus, it does not affect any of my playing or my balance.

I did not "use" any bonus. It gets added automatically to your account on creation (welcome bonus). They basically lend you money, but you can only cash out after you have completed X amount of spins.

In my case, 100% of my cash in amount was added to my balance. I then cancelled the bonus knowing I will not make that X amount of spins, and then the amount was subtracted again. The bonus is listed on the home page: https://oshi-casino.com/de/


As I cancelled the bonus, I did not get any "free" money from them, and my playing was not affected.


They are just inventing excuses to not let you cash out .
