The player from Germany didn’t receive a cashback bonus, because he didn’t qualify for it. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposited an extra 100 EUR at the casino to receive a cashback bonus. This was not given to me because there was still 2 CENT !!!! in the account on Thursday at 11:59 p.m. The support is absolutely incapable and does nothing.
Can you help or give a bad rating?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be, that because of 2 cents you didn’t receive your bonus, however, each bonus comes with rules and conditions and if you didn’t fulfill them, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. It would be only in the casino’s hands and their generosity if they gave you the bonus without qualifying for it.
