A player from India deposited 1999 rupees via Astropay to a casino yet the amount wasn't reflected in the casino account despite being debited from Astropay. The casino support confirmed receiving the funds, promised to credit the amount, but the funds are still not credited and chat support is no longer available. The complaint was resolved as the player's deposit got credited.

On 25th August I deposited 1999 rupees through astropay. My astropay was debited but amount was not credited to casino account. When I contacted customer support they said it may take time and they didn't received the amount. Afterwards after continuous follow up by me , they responded and said to send the screen shots again which should show merchant I'd and etc. I have only astropay screenshot and sent through email again.

Four days back live chat support people confirmed that they received the amount and will credit the amount that day itself. But not credited. Again next day I contacted live chat and they again confirmed amount will be updated. Till now not added. From that day live chat people were not allotted to me and the message they are busy and send email to support was displaying

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
