Terrible customer service. Doing everything to avoid paying. I got notification that my account is verified. After that I requested withdrawal of only 250 euro. After 30h my withdrawal got rejected and i got an email saying i have to send photo of me with ID close to my face. I sent that also and 24h later i got response that document will be checked as soon as possible. As i said frodulent company making excuses just for players to loose their money on their own. I will never bet this 250 euros and they will have to pay eventually. Im waiting 7 days already. I will keep you posted when this happens. I suggest everyonento avoid this site as long as they change the way they operate. They get our money in seconds but they keep a right to make fun of us when we want some of it back.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Therefore, I would recommend that we wait for a few more days. I will keep this complaint opened and if there is no development by the end of this week, we will intervene. Please, keep us updated in the meantime.

I have experience with many many casinos and i know what is verification. There is a big diference between verification and finding excuses not to pay. I provided more than enought to make sure everything is fair. My second verification was completed on saturday. Today is tuesday and still pending withdrawal. Every serious bookmaker pays in 2-3 days max and you know it. Bookies like that should never even get a licence. Not even curacao's.
