Ich habe vor 4 Tagen eine Auszahlung beantragt. Bzw. 2 Auszahlungen. Diese befinden sich laut Support seit 2 Tagen in der finalen Phase und werden auf jeden Fall bald ausgezahlt. Auf einmal heißt es dann aber wieder, dass es noch dauert. Auf meine Anfrage, ob ich mein Konto verifizieren müsse, heißt es, dass das momentan nicht erforderlich sei. Nun weiß ich nicht, wie's weiter geht und ich habe Angst, mein Gewinn nicht zu bekommen.

tatsächlich habe ich eine Mail an kyc@ohmyspins.com geschickt und 2 Stunden später war das Geld da. Hat sich also erledigt.
