The player from Germany requested a withdrawal, but it has not been processed yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
on 6.7. I made a payment and on 7.7. it was deducted from the player account, since then i have not received any money or a message.
I have already sent several screenshots and nothing happens.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
