The player from Ireland is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I applied for withdrawal on the 20th of May and j was told I didn't need to verify and that the funds would be in my bank within 3 business days I'm still waiting

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If I'm told 3 business days excluding weekends, then I expect at least to get an email to say my withdrawal is on the way. Now they won't even answer my emails.
I fully understand your frustration, Lindsss. However, we always give the casino two full weeks to process each payment. I will keep this complaint opened and if there’s no development by the end of this time frame, we will intervene. Let’s stay positive and wait for the good news regarding your withdrawal.
