I applied for withdrawal on the 20th of May and j was told I didn't need to verify and that the funds would be in my bank within 3 business days I'm still waiting

If I'm told 3 business days excluding weekends, then I expect at least to get an email to say my withdrawal is on the way. Now they won't even answer my emails.
