I won 1220 euro try to withdraw and they say to send a picture with card I deposit last and the card is my partner s and I did and after trying to get my money they void all my winning s cos I use different card then my own Wich is on the site as well. If this was in terms or condition they should not let me with a card Wich is not on my name? no?. The casino is all KYC on my name

For deposits and withdrawals, you should only use bank accounts and credit cards held in your own name. If you don't do this, you might get into trouble when trying to make a withdrawal. This rule is mostly in place to prevent credit card misuse and also because of international anti-money-laundering regulations."

Please understand that this rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing or withdrawing funds using a joint card or this possibility is communicated beforehand. Technically it is very difficult to check who’s the owner of the payment method at the depositing stage. This can be checked only during account verification, which is usually done when a withdrawal is requested. Therefore, it is a player’s responsibility to use allowed payment methods only.

If you’re not able to prove that you are a legitimate owner of the payment method and you haven’t received approval from the casino allowing you to use a third-party payment method, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do for you.

ok but is my partner card and let me deposit many times and I ask to refund in to my card but they didn't like I think a case should be open if 2 accounts can use the same cards to deposit with no prob I deposited before to other casino sites and once you deposit with a differt card and they see there is another account using that card they stop it right away so I think there is something that can be done same address we live in

Depositing into the casino with 3rd party money will always cause you issues. I can only recommend you pay closer attention to whose payment method you are using when playing in any casino. The winnings coming from a deposit made with someone else's payment method will not be honored.
