i created account on oods96 on 7th april 2023 and deposit made inr 10000 from astropay after that i did total inr 13000 gameplay,After that I applied withdrawal then in the chat it was said first to wager the one time of the deposit when I did more than one time, After that I was told to do five time wager but it is not written in term condition only one time is written,Now I don't want to play because I am afraid of losing, please give me withdrawal

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


2.2.9. You accept and acknowledge that in order withdraw funds from your account balance, you must fulfill a wagering requirement of at least 1 (one) time the deposited amount.
2.2.10. We reserve the right to change the wagering requirements for all users of our platform.


It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require deposit wagering 1x, some 3x or 5x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for real money.

Mandatory real money wagering has been introduced by the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations for Gaming and Gambling Industry and is usually set by the Licensing Authority. All serious and licensed casinos have to comply and follow these policies. However, I'd like to emphasize that wagering requirements should be clearly displayed and properly communicated to players. Changing requirements individually for each player doesn't seem to be a fair practice.

Could you please advise what games you played and if your account was successfully verified already?

i did 5 time game play after that i lost after that i made withdrawal of nr 11786 withdrawal was pending, When I login to my account, I see that my account has been suspended, I cannot withdraw or deposit. Now you tell me the withdrawal was not received even after placing 5× bets.
