It was revealed that the player had used someone else's documents to verify his account, which was a violation of the casino's terms. We concluded that the casino had acted within their rights to block the account and confiscate the balance due to the violation of their terms. Therefore, the complaint was rejected.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

Could you please advise if any funds are being held by the casino?

hamidlahre9669, I am afraid that if you provided someone else's documents to verify your account, the casino had the full right to block your account and confiscate any remaining balance. This is prohibited by any online casino.
