The player from India had two accounts with the same casino. His brother had used the same ID for his account, which already had an associated account, leading to both accounts getting blocked. He had asked for an opportunity to verify his account. However, we discovered that the player had breached the casino's terms and conditions by creating multiple accounts and attempting to verify all of them with the same documents. Given these circumstances, we concluded that the casino had acted in compliance with their terms and conditions. Consequently, we were unable to assist further and the complaint had been rejected.

Hello Team,

I had two accounts on same id, due I was not feeling well my brother used his I'd and did kyc and he already had one account with odds96 which lead to my account getting blocked but there should be one more chance to get it verified.

Yes, My brother was using an account using his document account and then He used my account and gave it for verification using his document resulting in both accounts getting blocked. then I started another id using my phone number that also went blocked. Now there are a total of 3 accounts, and all 3 accounts have amount in them.

Thank you for your reply, ridhamsen4321. I apologize, but if multiple accounts were created with the same credentials and actively used, there is not much we could do. Please understand that creating more than one account in one casino is prohibited by the vast majority of online casinos and this one is not an exception. Please, see here:

1.6. Prohibited Uses. Account Suspension and Termination
1.6.1. You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to terminate a Client's account immediately and/or restrict Client's access to the Website (up to 30 days while undergoing departmental inspection), and cancel any or all Client's bets and winnings, if we find out that:
1.6.1.9. a Client has multiple accounts registered on our Website (multiple registrations, multi-accounting);


Given the circumstances, I am afraid that we are not able to proceed further with this complaint because one of the main rules of online gambling has been breached by using multiple accounts by the same person. The casino is unable to determine who was playing and whose account was used by whom. Not to mention that you tried to verify all accounts with the same documents. We believe the casino acted in compliance with their T&Cs and at this point, I can only suggest that you are more careful and only create one account in each casino and have a serious talk with your brother. The casino is not responsible for your family members.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
