I have made deposit in odds 96 of rs 600 on 5 jan and 600 in 6th jan 2023 nd i have played game and win 6500 , after that i went somewhere for work , but in now i will go to login , there is showing account blocked without any reason ,


Don't no why my account blocked.. and im not able to login


I can't make any withdraw yet , but my account why blocked I don't no.filefilesee this , if any person won in odds 96 then odds96 block his account why.

Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? Which games you’ve been playing (live games, slots, or multiplayer)? 1. I have created account 5th of january


2. I don't taken any bonus


3. I don't withdraw


4. I don't submit any documents yet.


5. I have played live roulette game of evolution game provider & also played sweet bonanza from provider paragmatic play..


I just created account and 5th January i have deposited 600 after that i lost , then again on 6th jan i have deposited 600 then i played lot of game like sweet bonanza , madame destiny this game is from paragmatic play game provider


Then i played roulette and fan tan on evolution lobby and won 6500 rs.


Then after that i close the game and went to market , after that I'll come and open odds96 there is showing account has been blocked..


I mean what is this , this is totally fraud , totally scam.


If any person can won money then odds will block without any notice or any reason.


Please take an action on odds-96 fraud casino.

Please be reminded about Clause 6.1 of the Terms of Service agreement (which you agreed with during the registration):


6.1. You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to terminate a Client's account immediately and/or restrict Client's access to the Website (up to 30 days while undergoing departmental inspection), and cancel any or all Client's bets and winnings.

What is clause 6.1 , explain ,


I don't agree with your 6.1 clause , because i never cheat ,


Without any notice , without any update directly blocked , what i brech explain in brief.


Firstly i deposit 600 and loss all my winning, then again i deposit 600 and won 6500 , after winning you can see that player can won 10 times more then his deposit so block that account.


This is your intention to not pay any winning money.


Even i can't placed a withdraw, you blocked .

Dear Goopak,

It is a common rule, and the casinos usually review players' gameplay after requesting a withdrawal. You accepted rule 6.1 (available HERE) upon finishing your registration in the casino. Now, it is a bit late not to agree with it. From our experience, there are casinos that reserve 90 days or even more to review players' accounts.

However, there is no information about any breach of the casino's Terms and Conditions yet, nor confiscating any winnings or account closure. Therefore, I strongly recommend you wait until the 30-day period expires. Then you should be informed about the results of the casino's inspection and further proceeding regarding your casino account and the pending withdrawal.

Now I will set the timer for a longer period and wait for the update. Please, let us know once you receive any information from the casino. If you are not provided with the final decision from the casino within the current timer, I will ask the casino representative about it.
