Hello, everyone I would like to put some light on the customer support team of odds96. My verified account get blocked stating suspicious activity and also blocked my withdrawal. I had tried to contact the customer support, they replied me a little bit and when I asked them to process my withdrawal they denied me. So, i asked them to refund my deposit amount but yet no reply. It's been 3 weeks they didn't even bother to contact me.
I just want my withdrawal or Refund !!
Kindly look into this situation.

I had registered my account on the first week of Nov and got it verified. Then I had played many games and placed an Withdrawal and got that in my account too since I was verified. Afterwards I again placed an deposit of 8000INR and played many games. My balanced got almost 8.7k and when I placed withdraw my account gets block stating suspicious activity.
I had played many games including lighting, roulette, slots etc and had no bonus in my account.
Kindly take this into consideration and atleast refund my deposit.

Hello, i am happy to say that my account has been unblocked. They asked me to withdraw my whole balance and now onwards the account will be blocked.
Finally they had refunded my deposit but they had cutted a high charge on it.
Didn't knew the reason but yeah, all right.
