my account is already verified as the chat has already informed me.
I deposited €20 and got a bonus.
I played all the bonus requirement and unlock the amount for withdrawal.
I confirmed with chat if everything was ok and they said yes.
then I received an email on the 06/04/2022 day that I asked for the withdrawal informing me that within 7-21 working days I would receive my withdrawal of €600.01
but so far nothing and never process.

joguei todo o requisito do bonus e desbloqueie o valor para levantamento.
confirmei com o chat se estava tudo ok e disseram que sim.
