Good morning all,


I just found out that other people having trouble with withdrawals on ocean breeze casino. I made a withdrawal request more than a week ago and after reading previous contact info with other people I’m getting worried. They provide all kind of strange info about reasons why they can’t process it yet. It’s only 200 EUR, but I have another 400 EUR waiting on my account. They said it was only possible to withdrawal 200 EUR??? My account is verified so this shouldn’t be the problem. Can somebody assist me please?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. Thanks for your reply and thanks for the time you put in to it to help me.

They payment option I used is a bank transfer. I am only just a new member is this casino, so yes this was the first withdrawal for me.


I hope you are right, and it will all be solved in a couple of weeks. But what scares me is to see that there were people on this website who had trouble with this casino and their withdrawals. Maybe I am a bit too quick, but this in combination with the overall review of this casino is what scares me. They gave me feedback that it could take up to 21 business days, which is more than a month?


But let’s just wait and see,

Unfortunately, bank transfers can be tricky, and the entire process can take up to a month since intermediary banks might be involved, and international transactions take place. Could you please advise if the payment is still pending inside your account or it’s been processed and sent already? Thank you in advance for your reply.
