tried to deposit 100 Euro but the card was denied 2022-05-06
But 2022-05-20, 100 Euro was deducted 3 times from my mastercard
The chat first said that the money was waiting and they would come back but nothing happened and now they say they can not see any transaction at all!
Anything I can do or am I blown away?

They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
