Hello. I made deposit 40 euro to casino and got 40 free spins. I got win from free spins 8 euro. And I start play. When my account showed me I done all wagering and I can withdraw money now (220 euro), team chancelled withdraw many time by themselves.

reason was now they want I play for my deposit five time. 40eur by 5 time. =200 euro sum.. I used that casino for many times. And always all want I need to wager I see in MY profile. And I don’t have access to withdraw until wager will not completed. Now it is completed but team wants something I do extra.

i am totally not agree . Because all I was need to wager I done. And profile gives access for withdraw.

thank you for the message . I was worried that after completing the bonus round the Casino would say that I am required to roll the money 5 times the deposit amount. (so I put 40 and 200 euros to play)

it was a contradiction. Because all the tasks that the customer magazine considered performance are displayed in the profile. And once the profile obligation is met the Casino gives you the opportunity to withdraw money.
