They keep asking for more and more documents for the KYC and keep canceling the withdrawals. As I saw here, that's the way they do business. I am not the first case.

I sent a photo of a Card that I "used" in my Neteller account. The transaction failed. But they still want this Photo. I am waiting for approval before I make a new withdrawal.
