Hello all.


I have recently ran into a casino known as NovaJackpot.com, operating with a curacao license and under the company Rabidi N. V.


This company has been holding my withdrawal for a month now after their website promises a 3-5 day withdrawal. Since day 3 of the withdrawal process, I kept asking the live support when the money would be sent out and they just kept responding with the automated response of "soon". They have no actual intention of sending it out and after threatening to report their company to the licensing agency for the casino, they banned my account. Please stay away from this casino.


Their email support has also not replied to any of my emails that I sent weeks ago.

  • Do I understand correctly that the casino closed your account with the remaining balance still in it?
  • Could you please advise which games you focused on while your account was active - slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?

I played slots, no bonuses, withdrew the money and did receive it in a week, after the week, I spoke to support everyday for 3 weeks straight asking when they were gonna send it out. Eventually they banned my account.
