After he processed a withdrawal of $1344 and left a balance of $2000, he discovered his account had been suspended for abnormal betting behavior, and the remaining funds had been confiscated. The player had confirmed that he used the sportsbook for betting on e-sports teams and did not use any bonus. He had also passed the KYC verification. However, due to the nature of the complaint being related to sports betting, we were unable to fully assist and had to reject the complaint, although we had offered to contact the casino for more information.

Hey, I registered there 2 months ago, I made 1st deposit of 700$ in btc, after month of playing i lost almost everything then I made next 2 deposits of 500$ and 1000$ in btc (20.12) my total deposit was 2200$, Yesterday after these 2 deposits I won 1800$, My balance was 3344$, I requested withdrawal of 1344$ and left 2000$ in my balance for futher play, To withdraw this money I was requested to send photo of my ID, selfie with it and video selfie with this document, I delivered everything and my withdrawal was processed. Today I wanted log into my account and see that my account i suspended and I can not log into it anymore. I instantly contacted live support what is this and was told they closed my account due abnormal betting behavior and this decison is final and withdrawal is not possible.

They stole rest balance of 2000$ after I made my account finally postive.

I only used their sportsbook, bets placed on many e-sports teams. I 0ed my account once, almost twice, then 1 day i deposited bigger amount to win big and this happened.

No bonus was used/received.

I successfully passed KYC verification, without it they wouldn't pay out half of my balance.
