I signed up with this casino and I did the $1 deposit get $20. I played the games and wagered so I thought (they are saying I breached) and did a withdrawal of $1500. It was getting processed to then be sent an email to say that I breached terms and conditions and that they locked my account. I have emailed and asked for a games transcations list of the times and the bets that they say I have made. They haven't sent me 1 and they processed my $1 bank into my debit card. I don't think I have breached and I want them to prove it to me. I have all the emails from the site. Can you help me

Did you receive any explanation of which exact rule has been breached and why your withdrawal has been cancelled? Wasn’t the accusation related to unfinished wagering?

I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


"The first deposit bonus and second deposit bonus are subject to 200 times play-through before your bonus balance is converted to cash. Once bonus funds have been converted to cash, these funds may be withdrawn."
