Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings? Was there any issue with the documents you sent or it is just delayed?

No i was playing for a almost 2 weeks at the casino and no it wasnt my first deposit and no i never use bonusses, its real withdrawal cash.


I uploaded my documents almost 2 weeks ago, and did go everyday to the support but it did not help anything.


I uploaded 2 times a lott of documents to verify but it didnt helped anything.


So i'm waiting for 2 weeks to verify my account..

Hello,


Previous week on 4-11-2021 they finally vertificated my account.


Now i'm waiting for my withdraws of 10.000 euro, they say in their policy that a withdraw takes up to 2 working days but i'm waiting for like 4 days now...


Maybe tommorow i will hear something but i dont think i get something.

Yes i have received the first 5000, now i'm waiting for the other 5000 euro.


It took 3,5 week to finally verify my account.
