Hi, my name is Ivana N***, I made a deposit in the Nordis casino, I played football sports bets, I won a total of around 500.00 euros but the casino doesn't allow me to withdraw the sum because I presume I can't authenticate my email , and they, after endless requests from me, do nothing to make me withdraw the 500.00 euros; I even threatened to report them to the state police and the FBI for embezzlement and theft, but they don't care; also consider that I sent him the documents for account verification via email (KYC) but no response.
