The player's tournament winnings were not paid out by the casino. The complaint was rejected as the player could not provide additional evidence.
This scam casino has not paid me my tournament winnings of 100 euro and as per usual they won't respond to emails and live chat is non existent.

It was there new slot tournament the 1st one.i came 4th and the prize was 100 euro .I've had alot of issues with this casino but IL stick to this I've emailed and tried live chat but they never respond they have wiped the names of all the winners but they are still advertising the tournament.they are a scam and I'm sure they will not pay this out because they try everything to not and that's fact from past problems.

Can you please forward any evidence which would show that you have won on that tournament? Unfortunately we can't really move forward if there is no evidence as the casino can claim anything without showing an actual proof.

I've talked about it with my colleague but you did not send any evidence of being a winner in that tournament. Didn't you at least create any screenshots of the winner's table or anything similar to it?
As I stated above, we won't be able to do anything without the relevant evidence.
Ah don't bother it's just another scam nordis casino are going to get away with I thought use where here to help but obviously I was wrong .all I can say is this scam casino and its owners Iulian coscodaru , Adrian grama will continue to profit scamming honest players unless something is done IL will go elsewhere for help.
Your colleague looked at the table on the casinos site and seen I was a winner.

I've contacted Radka again but she did not see such a table as if she would, it would be posted on our forum as well. I'm really sorry but we won't be able to help you without anything proving that you really did win on that tournament. If we would contact the casino without it, they could simply just deny it.
