The player from Germany is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I requested the first payout on 05/05/2022, then requested the second payout on 05/08/2022. Both requested withdrawals have an amount of 200 euros each.
I have written to live support several times, but always get the same answers. I have to wait and wait and wait. Again and again I'm supposed to wait for an email from the finance department, which hasn't arrived until today. Today I canceled the withdrawals and applied for a new one. I hope it finally brings something with this complaint!!!!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.
Additionally, I would strongly recommend that you do not cancel your withdrawals again as this will most likely cause even further delay.

I still wonder why so many complain about the payouts from this provider. It can't be that there are so many people who have problems mainly with this side. If I consider that I have never had any problems with the payout on other sites, this site is unfortunately a real disaster.
