Nomimi has failed to confirm my address for 4 months (december 2022). I have 167 euros pending as withdrawal and they refuse to verify my "proof of address" documents. Last week they finally accepted one to just refuse it the other day. They even do not respond what is wrong with the documents. Their support has general answers not specifying the problem. I think they are not interested in paying me. I made several deposits there, in total even lost money.
If you need I have the screenshots to prove my case. One day approved the next day "submit proof of address"... This is a joke.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Do I understand correctly that verifying the Proof of Address seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all the other personal documents required for the verification?

Yes the only one obstacle. My Id has been verified. And to be correct, not any winings, I have deposited several times and this is the first withdrawal request. I'm in the losing side here.
