I made a withdrawal on the 18th an customer service emailed me on the 21st said it was complete,I still have not received in my bank..i contacted nomini again they said to wait 2hrs an it should be in an that was 2 days ago still nothing in account..I've contacted my bank an they cannot see any incoming payments from nomini...I want my $300 I won fair an square I do not use any bonuses or freespins it was all my money only

My account is verified my id verified there was no verification required kyc verified..completed withdrawal on the 21st...made withdrawal on the 17th..customer service keep saying its been cleared on their end an should be in my account in 2hrs...it's not..rang bank an they said there has been no deposits from nomini an there are no pending deposits..it's now the 27th an withdrawals take 3-5 days to go in account...but still have not got it..
