So many things are wrong with this casino.

30th of march i made an withdraw and to protect my myself i made a deposit limit right away. 5 days later after contacting them everysingle day my withdraw was canceled and according to them the payment was made and on its way to bank and suddenly went back to them yeh right?

Then i made another withdraw and when they were approved and paid i made a deposit limit and after 5 days asking that i still did not receive anything and they keep saying we see in the systeem 3.084 has been paid towards you, you should receive the amount any moment. Even called my bank after 3 days and they said they never made a payment its impossible otherwise you should receive it already. Now they canceled my withdraws 'don't forget i was already paid and on its way to my bank but they canceled it, HOW???' The reason for cancelletion when you have a deposit limit you can't withdraw. WTF i never heard that + i ASKED them will the deposit limit affect my withdraws and they said no 2x times already. That means they don't follow up the responsible gaming rules. I told them i want a limit otherwise i will still keep playing but they could not withdraw when i have a limit! They they say you will get the money back and what happens of the 3.084 euro they gave back 411 euro wtf! They said its under investigation. I made a withdraw and that one was paid right away. 'that means they clearly lied about my former payments and let me wait 2 weeks for nothing '. Now i got 306 euro back and made a withdraw and after 1 day not approved i contacted them and now they say '' We willen je laten weten dat je opname van €306 is opgeschort omdat we je laatste storting nog niet hebben ontvangen. Zodra wij dit bedrag hebben ontvangen, wordt uw opname verwerkt. Ik begrijp dat dit bedrag van uw bankrekening is afgeschreven en wij het ook op uw speelrekening hebben bijgeschreven, wij wachten op dit bedrag.'' WTFFFF. Oh and they promised me 4 times to send the withdraw payments proof i keep asking for it but they never send it. THEY CLEARLY LIED ABOUT THE WITHDRAWS.


The don't follow up the responsible gaming rules i clearly told them i want to protect myself with the limit and if i would ahve that i could not withdraw. Bullshit. And offcourse i losst more then 750 euro because of this now.


What can i do because this is not correct. I demand my full withdraw money back OR my deposits that i made AFTER i told them i want to protect myself.file file
