On the day I made the withdrawal I had said that it was 24 hours … much more has passed … I've been trying to withdraw the amount for almost 3 days! Each time and just an excuse .. when it comes time to put the money and then .. when it comes time to receive just a headache

The deadline given by the casino is 24 hours. At no time was this deadline passed in the contract term. It was my first serve and I've already been through this situation. What annoys me the most, each attendant says one thing different from the other.. my deposit dropped at the time.. now to receive it! I need a certain date.
