I made a payout on December 4th, 2021, which was also confirmed directly. Since then, however, no trace of the money.
In the chat, I should upload bank statements confirming that I did not receive the money. I did this.
Again, according to Ninecasino, the problem is with my bank, which I cannot imagine, since withdrawals have worked in the past.
It is now the second time since November that there have been massive problems with the payouts here.

ich habe am 04.12.2021 eine Auszahlung vorgenommen, welche auch direkt bestätigt wurde. Seitdem jedoch keine Spur von dem Geld.
Im Chat sollte ich Kontoauszüge hochladen, die bestätigen, dass ich das Geld nicht erhalten habe. Dies habe ich getan.
Auch hier liegt das Problem laut Ninecasino an meiner Bank, was ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, da in der Vergangenheit Auszahlungen geklappt haben.
Es ist jetzt das zweite Mal seit November, dass es hier massive Probleme mit den Auszahlungen gibt.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
I would recommend you wait for a few more days, and if there is no development, we will intervene.

allegedly it is not up to my bank after all, but you have a problem with the payment provider. When I asked how long it would take, I was not given a time.

angeblich liegt es nun doch nicht an meiner Bank, sondern Sie haben ein Problem mit dem Zahlungsanbieter. Auf Nachfrage, wie lange es noch dauern wird, habe ich keine Zeitangabe bekommen.
