The player from Greece had deposited 20 euros into the casino expecting a bonus, but hadn't received it. The casino claimed multiple accounts were registered under his name, email, and phone number, which the player disputed. The player also alleged that the issue might have arisen from using a VPN. However, we had concluded that the use of a VPN would not have caused the creation of multiple accounts. Furthermore, the player had already used his deposit, which technically made it impossible to activate any bonus. As casinos were not obliged to grant bonuses, especially under suspicion of multiple accounts, we had rejected the complaint.

  • I cant believe i did deposit in first deposit 20 euro to get the bonus and i dodnt got it i spoke with technical service he told me because i have many accounts in the same phone number and same email and same name maybe my mom have twins with me and i dont know or we are in cartons movies how it that can be happened if i am so stupid or your employers very smart can you explain it to me ??????
