I won a big amount on Big Bass by Pragmatic Play on ninewin.com and upon requesting withdrawal my account was suspended, this was 9 days a go now.


Why is my withdrawal so delayed and my account still suspended?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

It took 11 days for the first withdrawal so they must have been doing checks.

Hi,


I will say, withdrawals are very slow. I first asked for a withdrawal on the 1st of March and received 3,000 on the 12th of March, then again on the 14th of March. That's all so far. It's 3,000 a day limit and 30,000 limit a month.


I would like it if they automatically paid me the increments or perhaps a transfer of a bigger amount but at the moment I'm having to chase them everyday to prompt another withdrawal.

Please note that daily or monthly withdrawal limits are very common and as long as the casino informs about them on their website, there is not much we could do.


Could you please clarify how much funds you have left in your casino account? Do you currently have any pending withdrawals?

I have 30,000 left to withdraw but their monthly limit has been reached so they said I have to wait until April 1st to withdraw the rest. I won 54,000 altogether.
