The player claimed to have passed all necessary verification checks, but the casino had changed their withdrawal minimum limit, which caused difficulties in processing her withdrawal. Despite having raised a ticket for her issue, the casino had failed to resolve it. She had expressed her frustration and decided to give up on pursuing the £30 withdrawal. The Complaints Team had extended the timer for her response, but due to her lack of further communication, we were unable to continue the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

Hi, this site is an absolute nightmare and I never would of used them had I of known the troubles I would have had. They take your money sooo easily with no checks and then try and make it impossible to cash out. I spent 2 days on the 01st and 2nd of May last week re uploading the necessary documents they asked for over and over again, raising an official complaint (as I was giving them exactly what they asked for) they then accepted all my documents, on the 3rd of May them resoonded to my complaint saying it was all resolved, my documents were good and my money would be with me within the next 5 working days, then this morning I have now received an email saying they have cancelled my withdrawal. Please can you help me? This company is a fraud and they really need to be shut down! Thank you.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi, I have successfully passed all checks and they have confirmed that. But now they are saying as per the terms and conditions, a cash out is a minimum of £50 (even though it clearly stated a minimum of £30 for bank transfer) they said they can see that £30 was approved and have raised a ticket for me, but I've heard nothing. Honestly, this company is a complete fraud. Ive read loads of bad reviews of them constantly making it difficult for people to get their money and they need to be shut down. Can you help me still?


It's not about verification or time waiting for the withdrawal, they try anyway they possibly can to not pay, it's just not right and they need to be shut down!

Hi, they have now come back to me saying they have changed thier terms and conditions and now its a minimum of £100 withdrawal, I have now given up and its not worth my time over £30, so.. they have now won and kept my money. PLEASE, anyone reading this, avoid this site (ninewin casino) at all costs, they are total scammers and how they are operating without being shut down yet is really concerning. They will never pay you and its so wrong that they are just left to get away with doing 'business' in this way!
