The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a month. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I did everything for my bonus spins with max cash out $25 on the 3rd of july which included making a deposit and then won $700 and requested withdrawals on that as well. Its been over a month on the first and getting close on the 2nd one. They said everything looks good on my end but kept saying up to 7 business days. 3 times at least .
