Just another one of these sites that loves to take your money, but never wants to give any of it back to you, should you ever get lucky and win anything. NewVegas, just like their sister sites CandyLand Casino and GoldenLady Casino offer amazing bonuses (no-wager high deposit matches, etc), but will give you every excuse in the book as to why your withdrawal has not been processed and completed yet. They will quote you a time frame when it will be completed, for me I believe it was 9-12 days, but that will fly by and the customer support through chat will tell you things like "wait until Monday", "Please wait until the beginning of next week", "it will be completed within 3 days for sure", etc....you get the picture. Basically just straight lies.
I have been waiting for a measly $213.00 payout since April 7th, was quoted less than 2 weeks to be completed, and now no one will even answer my messages or emails. Crickets. No one will respond to anything. I message and email them everyday and they straight ghosted me.

The customer service is always helpful. They have a nice variety of games. I would like to see the bonuses not have max withdrawals. The one bone of contention for me is the wait for withdrawals. When I initially started playing it was 1-3 business days after your account was verified, when it actually came time for me to do a payout it changed to 1-7 days (customer service said they got a new processor). I waited, and am still waiting for my funds. We are on 6 business days now - I was hopeful they gave that time frame only to be surprised by a faster payout and no such luck! Fingers crossed it arrives soon and this is just a one time event. Highly suggest changing processors again to one who does it in a more timely fashion like the rest of the industry.

I've been 4 months already and honestly, the bar has been raised by a lot.
1)The 24/7 customer support is always there for you, not to sell you stuff but to offer genuine advice and find the best options to play without breaking my pocket.
