Despite having a verified account and no bonus funds in question, the casino had not given a clear timeframe for the withdrawal, contradicting their policy of a 48-hour maximum processing time. We had concluded that there wasn't much that could be done since the player was responsible for their account, active balance, and all bets. The complaint had been rejected.

This has to be the worse online casino I have ever played in have requested my account be closed.. then I had about 5 emails asking why.. and that they could resolve any issues.. nothing resolved all problems just get side stepped and they change the subject. Worst customer support team I've ever dealt with.. their website says withdrawals can take a maximum of 48hrs, they delay you and tell you they can't give a time for processing its done as requested in order... then they tell you the money will be paid today, then tomorrow.. . I see the casino doesn't like bad reviews here and ask everyone to contact them.. don't bother you won't get get an answer from them.. this is the biggest online scam casino.. I did warn them of this review.. my account was fully verified through a strange verification process unlike any other online.. and also no bonus funds were in question.. just didn't process my withdrawal $1000..

I'm glad I didn't spend tens of thousands on their scam although I did spend a few thousand..


They all getting paid on their remote little island..

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

The problem with the withdrawal and customer service and so called VIP manager is that they do not answer direct questions, they side step the questions and delay with excuses...



I did cancel the withdrawal and request my account to be closed as I honestly believe this as a scam casino..


I play in many online casinos and this has to be the worse, and I have no trust in them, their staff or their ability. I'm disappointed that I spent a few 1000s in there without getting a withdrawal, and then being made to feel like it was a scam or unsafe site, from the way i was treated by support team.. I know I probably won't get anything back from them.. I asked for a full refund of the account but the details they wanted to be able to achieve that again were absurd. I don't want other players getting caught by this casino.. they shouldnt be operating with such poor service if they really are a legal online casino

I played them, but only because I believed I would never be paid out, and because the support was so bad from the support team.

I am sorry to hear that. Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings. Furthermore, we regularly test the casino support of each casino we review and take it into consideration when calculating the safety index, and we cannot judge the casino support based on the experience of one player. We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time.
