I opened a new account. I filled in my data and verified my e-mail address. I deposited 100 EUR, and after the payment the system automatically blocked my account. I have 100 EUR money stuck inside. 6 days ago, they only promised that the relevant department would refund it.


Nothing happens. They asked me for all kinds of personal documents, which I was not obliged to send, but in order to get my money back, I had to. Nothing happens. I wrote several emails, but I get automatic template responses. The next place I will file a complaint with is Curacao Gambling. Enough of lying and wasting time! I want my money back NOW!

The amount of money remained untouched. Yes, I sent all the documents, even documents that have nothing to do with them. I have complied with all their requests, yet I still have not received my money back.
