Hello,


as per website it advises withdrawal will be processed within 48hrs it’s been longer and no update to my transactions at all

I also ask chat and I kept being told the same response it’s on the list and will be actioned soon

it is 3 x $7500aud withdrawl to the bank

I just became a member 5 days ago and have spent quite a bit and now worried will not receive my withdrawls


please help

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for your response my account is verified I have sent and checked all that with them multiple times.


that clearly advise within 48 hours payments will be processed or approved for withdrawl


I signed up to this casino based on those comments - they should false advertise and shouldn’t be giving them 14 days

Positive news all my 3 payments have been received now and this complaint can be closed


I am not sure I would use this casino in the future there support is not very user friendly it took me almost two weeks to get all my $$ all because they were not clear what they needed from me they constantly kept rejecting payments and asking for information they had been provided already
