The player's deposit was not credited to his casino account. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I made a deposit using neosurf which didn't get added to my account. I contacted them and they said they've returned the deposit back to the voucher but it's not on the voucher either. The online chat don't know what's going on and just keep saying they've referred it to their financial department for investigation. I doubt I'll see that money again. I suggest people avoid them so they don't get ripped off like I did.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
