The player from Spain requested a withdrawal, but he has not been able to access the website since. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited €15.00 and won €600.00 I was waiting for my withdrawal and they asked me for verification, I sent them the DNI, (this happened yesterday, July 27, 2022 at approximately 7:00 p.m., total waiting for confirmation today I try to enter in the app and I get a blank screen.
They send me an email with a Bonus code and I say I'm going to enter to play them from the email with the link and nothing redirects me to 'suspicious page' and I get something from the Government of Spain....
What I can do?!?!?

Does the website seem to be blocked by the Spanish government? Could you please post here a screenshot of the error message you see?
Do I understand correctly that you currently have a pending withdrawal?
