This site is an absolute scam. I have been trying to prove my deposit all day and they just keep asking for a phantom document that does not even exist. Obviously this site will stop at no lengths to scam their customers by not allowing them to prove their deposit! I am sick by how they just rip people off.

After contacting casino guru they finally verified my account. I would advise other players not to play here! Very shady ethics.
