I made withdrawal of 4500 and 0 , in 1win site there are showing successful but not credited in my bank account,when i reached my manager so he said we have transferred if you haven't received than provide me bank statement and bank response,so I provided bank statement but why they can't understand that without payment details bank can't help me. I can't ask my bank regarding payment that i haven't received.


When my deposit not credited than they asked me to sent payment screenshot so I understand that without payment details they can't help me to get deposit, but when withdrawal, i already provided statement but without payment details bank can't help me, they are literally doing fraud.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I am fully verified and they are doing fraud they are saying that thay transferd but i haven't received, they need bank response without sending me payment details, how can I ask my bank regarding payment that i haven't received.
